Our year 2023
The year 2023 marks the end of a particularly eventful period for SMARTBRIX, which we would like to look back on with you in this blog post.
After taking part in a trade fair for the first time last year, you could say that this year was "the time of trade fairs" for us. At the beginning of the year, we attended the Cologne Property Managers Forum, which gave us the prospect of new partnership opportunities. We took part in the REAL PropTech Pitches, where our submitted pitch was even nominated for the PropTech Germany Award!
In May, we were part of the REAL ESTATE ARENA in Hanover - we were particularly impressed by the variety of different trade fair stands and the resulting discussions with other participants and trade fair visitors. We can already say that we will not have visited this trade fair for the last time and hope to participate in 2024.
A special highlight for us again this year was the German Real Estate Day, which took place in Berlin. Here we had the opportunity to present our real estate solution with the entire team, meet familiar faces and explore Berlin together. Our participation in the P5 Property Congress and the RDM Real Estate Day also gave us in-depth insights into all aspects of real estate.
What you can expect in 2024
In 2023, we implemented many new developments in relation to the software to make it even more comprehensive with some new tools and at the same time optimized the handling so that you as a user will now find it even easier to operate the software. We will of course continue our efforts to further improve the software and provide it with the functions that are crucial for real estate companies in the new year - so you can expect some new features in the software in 2024.
We will be taking you with us again next year when the doors of the exhibition halls open and look forward to presenting our real estate software at previously unknown events.
